Responsibilities
•Support Product & Tech Recruitment Partners with end-to-end recruitment for selected high-volume roles, including sourcing, coordination, and ATS administration
•Own end-to-end recruitment for Product Operations
•Provide a smooth candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle, from candidate outreach to on-site interviews
•Partner with Recruitment Partners to build diverse talent pools through active sourcing
Requirements
•Initial recruitment experience
•High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
•Proficiency in English and structured communication skills
Nice to have: experience with recruiting platforms and tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Conditions
•Internship for 6 months, 40 hours a week, with the possibility of renewing the contract
•Relocation support is provided if required
