PERGOLUX designs, manufactures, and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, including pergolas and garden furniture, directly to consumers. Founded in Norway, the company has around 300 employees, generates nine-figure revenue across eight markets, and this role is part of the Culture & Talent team.
Responsibilities
•Identify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies across platforms
•Own candidate research and outreach, crafting compelling messages and personalized candidate journeys
•Partner strategically with multiple hiring teams to understand role requirements and team needs
•Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles across tech, marketing, sales, operations, and other functions
•Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting
•Represent PERGOLUX at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when needed
Requirements
•At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on active sourcing
•Strong command of sourcing strategies, tools, and Boolean search techniques
•Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or similar platforms
•Generalist mindset and ability to source across diverse functions and seniority levels
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, self-starter mentality, and strong business understanding
•Fluency in English (C1+)
•A valid residence and work permit for Germany

•Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems such as Ashby and Personio
