Задачи:
•Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned blue-collar and white-collar positions
•Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
•Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels
•Consolidate hiring reports and analyze recruiting data
•Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
•Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
•Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
•Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with negotiations and candidate acceptance
•Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements
•Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
•Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
•Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Требования:
•2+ Years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
•Experience filling hard-to-fill roles
•Strong data analysis skills, data integration experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and relevant tools
•Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
•Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
•Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
•Nice to have: experience recruiting in manufacturing plants or handling mass recruiting, bilingual Serbian and English language skills
