We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment operations in the Portuguese market, helping us attract, assess and hire the best talent for our business.
Responsibilities
•Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
•Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
•Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews and assessments
•Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
•Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
•Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment systems
•Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment procedures and applicable legislation
Requirements
•Previous experience in Recruitment or a similar role, preferably within a BPO, Contact Centre or high-volume recruitment environment
•Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
•Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and performance data
•Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
•Portuguese: Native/Fluent
•English: C2
