At Konecta Portugal, we're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and help us take recruitment to the next level!
Responsibilities
•Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple projects and international markets
•Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
•Recruiting for high-volume and specialised positions within the BPO industry
•Partnering with hiring managers and Operations to understand business needs and recruitment priorities
•Managing recruitment pipelines, KPIs and hiring deadlines
•Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
•Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within BPO or Contact Centre environments
•Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and challenging hiring deadlines
•Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills
•A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
•Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•Fluency in English
