•Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
•Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
•Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
•Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
•Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
•Champion candidate experience throughout the process
Требования
•2+ Years in talent acquisition or recruitment
•Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday
•Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience
•Experience with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
•Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to handle sensitive information
•Clear communication across cultures and seniority levels
•Action-oriented and structured problem-solving approach
•Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
