That is why we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Lead Talent Acquisition to help our consulting teams grow with the best professionals in the market. In this role, you are responsible for recruitment within our consulting teams. You are a strategic sparring partner for hiring managers, but just as importantly, you are active in the market yourself.
Responsibilities
•End-to-end responsibility for recruitment, including actively sourcing, approaching and engaging potential new colleagues for Eraneos.
•Building and maintaining strong talent pools and relevant networks to ensure a sustainable candidate pipeline.
•Advising hiring managers on labor market trends, recruitment strategies and the candidate journey.
•Organizing creative recruitment initiatives, events and community-building activities, and collaborating with the recruitment marketer on employer branding campaigns.
•Analyzing recruitment KPIs and translating insights into concrete improvement actions.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
•Demonstrable experience in sourcing and proactively approaching scarce professionals.
•Experience in consulting, IT or another knowledge-intensive environment.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage at different levels.
•A completed higher professional or university degree as a foundation.
•Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Conditions
•In addition to profit sharing, a gross monthly salary between €6,550 and €7,330, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on your work experience and based on a 40-hour workweek.
