About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Brunel, you are an essential link in our Financial Services (Litigation & Business Advisory) team. We focus on experienced legal and financial specialists in the financial sector. Together with 25 sales consultants and more than 350 specialists, we work every day to help our clients achieve their ambitions.

•You know how to find them, convince them, and build lasting relationships with them.
•You actively build a strong network and maintain warm contacts.

•You build and maintain a valuable network of specialists within Financial Services.
•You know exactly how to convince professionals that Brunel is the place to further develop their careers.
•You don't let setbacks discourage you; with your energy and perseverance, you keep going until you find the perfect match.
•You make sure the best professionals choose Brunel and maintain contact to keep the relationship warm.
•You think commercially, spot opportunities in the market, and know how to convince Sales Consultants to approach clients with the right profiles.
Requirements
•You have strong social skills, are empathetic, switch easily between different conversation partners, and have a healthy amount of perseverance.
•At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
•Several years of experience as a Recruiter or staffing consultant (senior level).
•An interest in the financial sector and/or legal profiles.
•A proactive, commercial, and results-oriented approach.
