Technology Consulting within CIO Advisory, supporting clients with technology solutions and digital transformation projects.
What you will do
•Analyze client business needs and identify suitable technology solutions.
•Collect data and prepare digital product requirements and functional specifications.
•Support project teams during software development analysis and planning phases.
•Research and benchmark technology solutions and analyze KPIs to improve business efficiency.
•Present research findings, technology recommendations, and digital product solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
•2–3+ years of IT experience.
•Experience creating business and technical documentation, including use cases, user stories, BPMN and UML process diagrams, and wireframes.
•Knowledge of SDLC, IT operations, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
•Understanding of system integration, APIs, data flows, and requirements elicitation, validation, and prioritization.
•Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or Zachman, plus proficiency in at least one programming language.
•Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
•Experience with database management and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL 4 Specialist certification.
