Responsibilities
•Translate product initiatives and business requirements into technical specifications, epics, and Jira tasks for customer-facing services
•Describe system interactions, data flows, and event-driven architecture, including Kafka integrations
•Design REST/SOAP services and data structures in JSON/XML, and maintain API documentation in Swagger
•Create and maintain a technical knowledge base in Confluence and design component interaction diagrams, including Sequence and Activity diagrams
•Collaborate with product teams, UX/UI designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle, reviewing Figma designs for technical feasibility
•Design data structures, contribute to event tracking implementation, and define frontend application logic
•Validate integrations, test APIs independently using Postman, and help QA engineers identify and troubleshoot complex defects
•Design routing mechanisms, including deep links and in-app navigation, notification systems using FCM/APNs, and formats for delivering UI components to the application frontend
•Maintain reference data, including mapping tables, statuses, UTM parameters, and product configurations, supporting RU, EN, and KZ requirements
•Create troubleshooting matrices with step-by-step procedures for technical support teams
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst
•Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture principles
•Hands-on experience in API design and a solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system communication
•Good understanding of Kafka and its core concepts
•Proficiency in BPMN and UML for visualizing business processes and system logic
•Strong SQL skills, including complex PostgreSQL queries, and a solid understanding of relational database management systems
•Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger, and a basic understanding of Git
•Proficiency with cURL for API testing and PlantUML for creating Sequence and ER diagrams as code
•Understanding of inter-service authentication and token-based authorization, including Keycloak and Bearer tokens
•Good understanding of the mobile application lifecycle
•Intermediate English or above
