Responsibilities
•Troubleshoot technical issues for desktop browser users and guide them in using the platform effectively
•Become a technical and troubleshooting expert for Comet, supporting users and internal teams
•Partner with Enterprise, Mobile, and Desktop teams to resolve issues and coordinate resources
•Turn insights from Comet user issues into scalable solutions with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams
•Build relationships with key Comet Enterprise users to support successful browser workflows
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in technical support engineering roles, focused on application development
•Ability to identify technical pain points in the company's solutions and customers' implementations
•Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency
Nice to have
•A strong track record of building customer and cross-functional relationships to drive performance improvements
•A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, willingness to acquire new knowledge
•Ability to work efficiently, switch contexts, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
•Preference for deep-dive projects involving problem investigation and diverse use cases
