We are looking for the best talent for the position of Supervisor Production Support (m/f/d) at the Schaffhausen, Switzerland location.
Purpose
The NC/CAPA Supervisor leads a team responsible for the creation, processing, and completion of Non-Conformances within BU Parenterals.
The function ensures that NCs and CAPAs are completed on time, GMP-compliant, and efficiently.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
•Monitoring and complying with safety, accident prevention, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations
•Ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX requirements as well as the relevant guidelines associated with the respective function
•Timely creation, processing, monitoring, and completion of Non-Conformances (NCs), CAPAs, and resulting measures
•Timely creation, processing, monitoring, and completion of Change Controls (CHGs) within the scope of assigned projects
•Coordination and leadership of all NC/CAPA Review Meetings for BU Parenterals
•Active point of contact for BU Parenterals NCs / CAPAs and Comet System
•Active point of contact for Quality Systems within BU Parenterals
•Independent management and development of the NC/CAPA team according to the organizational chart
Your Qualification Portfolio & Our Requirements
•Excellent oral and written communication skills (German/English)
•Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Office, SAP, PowerPoint
•Outstanding analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and to develop and implement a solution
•Independent way of working and resilience needed to handle challenges positively and flexibly
•Strong team skills for collaboration across departmental boundaries
•Production and COMET knowledge is an advantage
