We are looking for a Supervisor of Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our São Paulo agency.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Develop and monitor performance dashboards and reports, ensuring the quality and clarity of the information presented;
•Perform data analysis and measurement, turning information into recommendations that support strategic and business decisions;
•Work on the implementation and validation of tracking, tags and events, ensuring correct data collection through tools such as GA4 and GTM;
•Develop exploratory analyses, data treatment and data mining using Python and SQL;
•Work on the integration and harmonization of different data sources, especially media and digital marketing information;
•Work in partnership with Data Strategy, Media, Account Service and Technology teams to build solutions and analyses for clients;
•Present results, identify opportunities, and translate technical information into clear recommendations for different audiences;
•Monitor demands and provide technical guidance to the team's deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency in projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
•Completed higher education;
•Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas, preferably in an advertising agency;
•Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard construction, data modeling and DAX;
•Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
•Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking implementation;
•Knowledge of Python and SQL for data treatment, mining and analysis;
•Knowledge of Data Science and exploratory data analysis;
•Experience with integration and harmonization of different data sources;
•Familiarity with media and digital marketing data;
•Analytical ability, autonomy, organization and business vision;
•Good communication and ease of interaction with multidisciplinary teams and clients;
•Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery, will be considered a differential.

We work in a hybrid model, with in-person attendance 2 times a week at the São Paulo/SP agency.
