To strengthen expertise within the digital Quality teams and optimize control processes, Cartier is looking for an intern to support strategic initiatives on digital continuity of quality control processes. The intern will be part of a young and dynamic team, where they can develop their talents and quickly build skills on topics with high industrial impact related to quality and production. The mission will be to lead a technological transition project aimed at evolving 3D technical data management methodologies to guarantee their compatibility and optimal use with quality control systems. This project aims to optimize control processes, improve operational performance, and strengthen collaboration between professions, from the design office to quality methods and production, while ensuring the reliability and traceability of 3D data for quality.
Responsibilities
•Set up tools and methodologies (such as applications) to ensure compatibility of enriched 3D data with quality control systems (programming and correction), based on new 3D methodological standards applied by the development and industrialization teams
•Define and structure new 3D methodological standards, in collaboration with CAD experts and business stakeholders (design, metrology, functional analysis, methods, quality), for their smooth integration into quality control processes
•Ensure digital continuity of product data, fostering collaboration between teams and eliminating information breaks and re-entries, notably for quality control applications
•Deploy technological solutions around 3D to optimize access, reading, and use of models within the framework of quality controls (control ranges, correction matrices, machine interactions)
•Contribute to the integration of 3D data into quality processes, by analyzing technical and methodological gaps and proposing suitable solutions for control programming and correction
•Lead and support change management, tracking performance indicators (KPIs) related to 3D data quality and control efficiency, communicating project progress, and highlighting gains to the Management Committee
What We Are Looking For
•Engineering education, with an orientation in quality, metrology, research & innovation, mechanics, or industrial engineering
•Organized, rigorous person, proactive, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
•Team spirit, adaptability, autonomy
•Proficiency in 3D design and modeling tools
•Strong interest in the digitalization of industrial processes and technical data management in service of quality and control
