# Internship M/F – Request for Proposals Officer (Institutional Management) – January 2027

Your missions in this role:
Reporting to the Head of Requests for Proposals and Consultant Relations, within a team of 4 employees, you will be required to:
•Participate in client questionnaires on the asset management company, on our funds and on ESG;
•Integrate our response building blocks into Qvidian (our response database system);
•Develop and update our expertise files (standard RFPs) covering all our flagship Bond, Equity and Multi-asset funds;
•Help develop tools for tracking our business activity;
•Participate in preparing client meetings / RFP oral presentations / management proposals;
•Monitor commercial activity and help respond to certain requests from clients or prospects (Institutional or Distributors).
The profile we are looking for:
•University or business school education or equivalent, specialized in Financial Markets/Asset Management (Master 1 or 2 level);
•Prior internship experience in finance / asset management;
•Good level of English;
•Proficiency in the Office package under Windows (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and some knowledge of VBA;
•Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and good interpersonal skills.

•Internship duration: 6 months.

•Participate in weekly Equity and Rates Management committees and monthly committees on tactical outlook, convertible bonds and multi-asset funds.
•Attend meetings and events with clients;
•Be in contact with the entire sales team in charge of institutional and distributor clients.
Your missions will be in French and English and you will be in an international environment.
