More recently, Lazard Frères Gestion wished to develop its coverage of the Employee Savings and Retirement (ESR) market by offering its investment solutions in company schemes and individual PER plans. It is in the context of developing this activity that Lazard wishes to strengthen the existing team.

Your responsibilities in this position:
Your missions will aim to support the Institutional team – ESR division in all its actions, namely:
•Creation of documents, commercial proposals, for institutional ESR clients/prospects (presentation of the range, management points - dedicated funds, open funds – supervisory board...) in connection with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Reporting, Management);
•Preparation of supervisory boards for client companies;
•Monitoring of communication dedicated to ESR clients (companies, partners, brokers, insurers): content selection, writing a monthly letter, managing mailings;
•Handling client requests;
•Monitoring of the division's inflows and assets under management;
•Preparation of management points on Lazard funds and market notes;
•Strategic thinking on the development of the division.
The profile we are looking for:
•Bac +4/5 in Economics/Finance, engineering school, business school, or university, at the end of studies;
•Previous internship experience in Finance (banking, asset management) or with an employee savings and retirement player appreciated;
•Proficiency in English;
•Dynamic, rigorous and with a spirit of initiative;
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), VBA appreciated.
