About the Role
As an internal communication and digital content intern within our internal control and processes team, you will take part in steering the internal communication campaign, including the SharePoint redesign, animation of internal channels, and creation of modern content using AI.

Main Responsibilities
•Contribute to defining and deploying the internal communication plan for our teams, operational partners, and senior management
•Take part in designing modern and educational content such as infographics, short videos, quizzes, practical guides, and presentations to facilitate understanding of internal control
•Take part in the redesign of our internal SharePoint, including information architecture, user journey, design, and content updates
•Contribute to defining a plan for animating our internal communication channels such as Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, and mailings
•Propose ideas on the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools to create innovative content and improve community engagement
•Support the organization of events and awareness sessions such as webinars, workshops, and team highlights
•Help track communication indicators such as audience, engagement, user feedback, and suggest continuous improvement ideas
About You
•Technical and interpersonal skills: creativity, listening skills, rigor. Knowledge of content creation tools, Canva, Adobe, video tools, generative AI. Proficiency in the Office pack
•Education: bac+4/5 in communication, digital communication, or digital marketing
•Languages: fluent English
