Main responsibilities
•Participate in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions within the department
•Take part in optimizing quality processes
•Help set up an activity tracking tool
•Contribute to creating an onboarding path for new arrivals
•Support working groups in the operational packaging sectors
•Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the link between field teams and quality requirements
About you
•Technical and interpersonal skills: interpersonal ease, dynamism, proactivity. Knowledge of GMP (BPF) and ICH guidelines
•Education: Master's degree (bac+5) in pharmacy or quality
•Languages: intermediate English
