What you will do
•Lead intake, triage, prioritization, ownership, and tracking of complex reliability issues across the additive manufacturing machine fleet.
•Coordinate cross-functional root cause and corrective action investigations for recurring, systemic, and machine-level failures.
•Drive engineering solutions through evidence generation, validation, technical-debt reduction, and confirmed closure.
•Use fleet health, downtime, utilization, failure-rate, maintenance, and production data to guide engineering priorities.
•Translate reliability learnings into engineering standards, requirements, validation strategies, and future machine capabilities.
•Provide technical leadership across hardware, automation and controls, materials and processes, manufacturing, software, and supplier quality teams.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
•6+ years of experience in machine development, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, or a related discipline.
•Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions for electromechanical or automated equipment.
