•Coordinate cross-functional root cause and corrective action investigations for recurring, systemic, and machine-level failures.
•Drive engineering solutions, evidence generation, validation, and closure of technical debt and aging engineering actions.
•Use fleet health, production, downtime, utilization, failure-rate, and maintenance data to guide reliability improvements.
•Translate reliability learnings into engineering standards, product requirements, validation strategies, and future machine capabilities.
•Provide technical leadership across hardware, automation and controls, materials and processes, manufacturing, software, and supplier quality teams.
Requirements
•Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
•Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
•6+ years of experience in machine development, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, or a related discipline.
•Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions for electromechanical or automated equipment.
•Strong knowledge of RCCA, 8D, fault-tree analysis, FMEA, DOE, or equivalent structured problem-solving methods.
•Ability to interpret machine and production data, distinguish correlation from root cause, and independently drive ambiguous cross-functional problems to resolution.
Nice to have
