Задачи
•Provide technical leadership across platform squads through architecture decisions, engineering standards, paved paths, and reusable patterns
•Lead cross-squad and cross-engineering initiatives improving the path from code to production, including CI foundations, delivery workflows, environments, and self-service entry points
•Drive operability improvements through SLO thinking, dashboards, alerting standards, runbooks, failure recovery patterns, and incident readiness
•Investigate high-impact reliability and performance problems through root cause analysis, remediation design, recurrence-prevention automation, and postmortem follow-through
•Build and operate critical platform services and tooling for production traffic and internal users
•Mentor senior engineers and tech leads, improve design quality, and raise execution standards across the tribe
•Use data to guide priorities and measure delivery health, reliability signals, adoption, and satisfaction
•Participate in on-call and major incident response, leading by example and improving incident execution and prevention
Требования
•Strong track record as a senior technical leader at Staff, Principal, or equivalent level, delivering cross-team impact
•Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-traffic distributed systems in production
•Deep experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
•Knowledge of networking basics, identity and access patterns, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices
•Experience with CI/CD systems, build and test reliability, artifact management, and developer workflows
•Strong foundations in reliability engineering, including observability, alerting, incident response, capacity planning, and automation-driven prevention
•Ability to articulate complex tradeoffs, drive alignment through RFCs, and influence technical direction across teams
•Comfortable writing production-quality tooling through AI-assisted coding
