Designing extraordinary experiences is at the core of everything we do. From the quality of materials, fit, texture and finish to the usage experience, Electrolux Group design creates products for all the senses. As part of our Design team, you will contribute to our mission of creating a positive impact on people's lives, one product at a time.
What you'll do:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with solid experience in Web projects to work in a collaborative, product-oriented, user-centered environment. This person will be responsible for leading discovery, creating end-to-end digital solutions, promoting good UX practices and collaborating with stakeholders from different areas.
Some responsibilities will be:
•Lead UX Research initiatives, including discovery, qualitative research, benchmarks and comparative analyses.
•Conduct workshops and alignments with stakeholders, promoting a user-centered vision.
•Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes (preferably in Figma).
•Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts and organize sessions with users.
•Work with Product, Development and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
•Use and contribute to Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability of Web components.
•Support the evangelization of good UX, accessibility and research practices within the organization.
•Translate business needs and insights into impact-driven solutions.
As part of the continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / EAI).
Who you are:
You have:
•Completed higher education in Design or related fields.
•Experience in UX Design, with a focus on Web platforms.
•Proven experience in discovery processes, problem and opportunity definition.
•Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
•Proficiency with AI tools focused on process automation.
•Experience with Design Systems and use of component libraries.
•Experience with testing and research methods (usability, card sorting, prototyping, test scripts).
•Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
•Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
•Advanced English.
