Clearwater Analytics

Sr. Program Manager

In short

Senior Programme Manager role at Clearwater Analytics, leading large, complex client implementations of their SaaS investment management platform across the DACH region, based in a new Frankfurt office. The role requires managing multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight, owning project plans, budgets, and C-level client relationships. It demands proven experience leading multi-million dollar programme implementations in financial services or asset management, strong project management tool skills (JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, Salesforce), fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel to client sites.

About the Opportunity
Clearwater is experiencing exceptional growth across the DACH region, with a rapidly expanding client base. As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe's most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion.
We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.
This is a rare opportunity to join Clearwater at an inflection point: you will lead some of our largest and most complex client implementations across the DACH region, while helping shape the standards and processes that support the wider Global Delivery team as it grows.

As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead large, simultaneous client implementations with minimal oversight, consistently delivering on time and to a high standard, primarily working with Clearwater's clients across the DACH region.

You will provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.
You will also manage implementation budgets, look for opportunities to improve our service, and oversee the handover from Sales to Global Delivery before a project begins, and from Global Delivery to Client Services once implementation is complete.
