Your tasks
•As a customer advisor (d/m/w) for securities, you independently take on needs-based advisory services for our wide range of investment and pension products with a focus on securities business.
•You build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.
•You take on responsibility for the support of customers of one or more branches.
•You work closely with the branch teams there.
•You organize your working day independently and are a competent contact person for your customers on all matters relating to securities.
Your profile
•Sales talent with enjoyment of working with people of the most diverse backgrounds
•Completed banking training or comparable qualification
•You have a certified qualification as an investment advisor and can prove this with a suitable document, or you ensure that the certification is completed before starting advisory work. Alternatively, the certification can also be obtained during your induction with us in-house.
•High service competence and resilience in daily work as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
•Knowledge of economic relationships and the capital market
