Your Tasks
•As a customer advisor (d/m/w) for securities, you independently take on needs-based advice on our wide range of investment and pension products with a focus on the securities business.
•You build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.
•You take responsibility for the support of customers of one or more branches.
•You work closely with the branch teams there.
•You organize your working day independently and are a competent contact person for your customers on all matters relating to securities.
Your Profile
•Sales talent with enjoyment of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
•Completed banking training or comparable qualification
•You have a certified qualification as an investment advisor and can prove this with a suitable document, or ensure that the certification is completed before taking up advisory activities. Alternatively, the certification can also be obtained during onboarding with us.
•High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
•Knowledge of economic relationships and the capital market
