Your tasks
•As a customer advisor (d/m/w) for securities, you independently take on needs-based advice on our wide range of investment and retirement provision products with a focus on securities business.
•You build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.
•You take responsibility for the support of customers of one or more branches.
•You work closely with the branch teams there.
•You organize your working day independently and are a competent contact person for your customers on all matters relating to securities.
Your profile
•Sales talent with enjoyment of working with people of diverse backgrounds.
•Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
•High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions.
•Knowledge of economic relationships and the capital market.
•You use AI-supported applications in a targeted way to identify customer needs more efficiently, optimize workflows, and continuously improve advisory quality. You act responsibly, critically evaluate AI results, and ensure secure handling of data.
