Your tasks
•As a customer advisor (d/m/w), you independently take on needs-based advice on our broad range of financial products
•You build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
•You take responsibility for customer care in your branch
•You work closely and trustfully with your branch team
•You organize your working day independently and are a competent point of contact for your customers on all financial topics
Your profile
•Sales talent with enjoyment of working with people from the most diverse backgrounds
•Successful commercial training – ideally as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-kauffrau) – or several years of professional experience, ideally in customer advisory or sales
•Career changers who enjoy dealing with people are welcome
•High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
•High interest in financial topics and economic contexts
•You use AI-supported applications and digital tools purposefully to prepare, carry out and follow up your customer activities, and bring openness to new technologies. You act responsibly, critically evaluate AI results, and ensure secure handling of data
