As part of our Outbound Line – Sales team, you will:
•Make outbound calls to clients to present our banking products
•Advise clients on the advantages of our products and services
•Research clients' needs in order to offer personalized solutions
•Encourage clients to use our digital services
•Participate in targeted sales campaigns and improve customer loyalty
•Apply a proactive approach to reach sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
•Work closely with other departments to effectively resolve client cases
•Support the team with ideas and suggestions for improving processes and customer service
What you need to be successful
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients
•Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
•Responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
•Good computer literacy
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
