About the team
The Retail Network of ING Bank Śląski is one of the bank's business areas, focused on providing comprehensive service to individual clients and offering them innovative financial solutions. Specialists at our bank branches help with everyday banking, saving and investing, and mortgages. Our teams are made up of passionate and committed specialists who care about building long-term relationships with clients.
Your tasks
•Actively acquire clients and build long-term relationships with them, maintaining the highest service standard
•Offer the full range of banking products
•Serve clients at the branch and through remote channels (e.g. video)
•Analyze clients' current and future needs, matching them with an appropriate product offer
•Support and educate clients in using modern tools, online and mobile banking
•Achieve sales targets for mortgage products and everyday banking
•Provide clients with comprehensive after-sales support and accompany them at every stage of cooperation
Our requirements
•Experience in customer service and/or sales
•Secondary or higher education (higher education is a plus)
•Willingness to work in a shift system
•Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and a positive attitude toward people
•Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with a focus on achieving goals
•Good work organization and strong communication skills
•Openness to change and teamwork
Nice to have
•Knowledge of banking products
•Experience in mortgage products and ease with financial product topics
•Communicative English (B2 level)
