This is a part-time, contract sourcing role at Jane Technologies, focused on filling Software Engineering (AdTech/Ads) and Account Executive positions, with more roles expected later. The work is fully remote at 15–20 hours a week for a few months, with possible extension, and requires solid LinkedIn Recruiter skills and a knack for creative, independent sourcing. Only independent sourcers based in the US or Canada are considered; agencies and third-party recruiters are excluded.

We are growing - I'm looking for an experienced part-time sourcer to join us at Jane Technologies!

15–20 hours a week, initially for a few months, with the possibility of extending.

The immediate focus is on Software Engineering (AdTech/Ads) and Account Executive roles, with additional hiring needs coming down the road.

Ideally, someone who can hit the ground running, knows their way around LinkedIn Recruiter, enjoys creative sourcing, and can uncover great candidates beyond the obvious searches.

Fully remote, flexible hours, and a great team to work with.
