Responsibilities
•Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with end customers around the installation of heat pump systems, as well as advising on and selling tailored package and system solutions.
•Acting as the central link between end customers and HVAC contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the complete installation.
•Managing and actively supporting the entire sales process through to the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
•Active value-added sales through solution-oriented, persuasive arguments.
Requirements
•Strong communication and closing skills, as well as a high level of technical understanding of heat pumps and system solutions.
•Strong online affinity and openness to digital sales approaches.
•A confident manner in consultative sales, as well as bold, reliable and decisive conduct in customer interactions.
•Fluent German skills for negotiations.
•High self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt flexibly to different decision-makers and target groups.
•Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Germany. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
