Задачи
•Design and develop backend services using Golang as part of CRM Ops / XLerate delivery
•Write and maintain SQL queries and data-aware features for high-volume CRM workflows
•Contribute to APIs and services that connect member and studio data to day-to-day CRM operations
•Collaborate with developers, product managers, and testers to ship reliable increments
•Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our delivery practices
•Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team
•Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
•2+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language, with 1+ years in Golang (или сильная база в backend и явная готовность быстро освоить Golang)
•Experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs
•Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
•Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment
•Knowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles
•Comfortable learning new technologies and systems

•Experience optimizing SQL or working with larger datasets
•Familiarity with messaging/queues or event-driven services
•Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms
•Interest in CRM, segmentation, or data-intensive product domains
