About the Role
You will take softgoods products from early concepts through production ramp. You will build prototypes, tooling, and fixtures; develop fabrication workflows; work with designers, engineers, vendors, and manufacturing partners; and identify and solve production risks.
Requirements
•5 years of experience
•Bachelor of Science in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
•Portfolio showcasing professional, personal, and passion projects
Responsibilities
•Drive softgoods products from early concept through production
•Build and iterate prototypes, tooling, and fixtures
•Partner with designers, engineers, manufacturing partners, and vendors to resolve development challenges
•Develop assembly, bonding, and fabrication workflows
•Lead new technology introduction and rapid problem-solving
