We are building a private, invite-only members community focused on bringing together ambitious, interesting people through curated introductions and well-designed social experiences. We are looking for someone who can build and represent this community—not just manage it.
Responsibilities
•Build and develop a curated network of members through various marketing channels
•Identify and onboard high-quality individuals via outreach
•Host small, well-designed social events (10–30 guests)
•Create a welcoming experience for members
•Act as the main point of contact for the community
•Help define the tone, standards, and culture of the community
•Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and overall brand presence
Requirements
•Is naturally social and enjoys bringing people together
•Has strong intuition about people and social dynamics
•Values quality and aesthetics
•Feels comfortable being the face of a community
•Background in PR / communications
•Background in Events / hospitality
•Background in Media / creative industries
•Background in Lifestyle / brand environments
Conditions
•Competitive monthly base salary (20,000 PLN)
