Key Responsibilities
•Research. Research social media trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Find trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.
•Content ideas. Generate content ideas daily. Adjust them for our brand and target audience.
•Scripts. Develop detailed video scripts, so that our reelsmakers and our video editors can turn your ideas into reality (film, edit videos).
•Instructions and feedback. Provide clear creative instructions to Reels Makers and Video Editors, to ensure your ideas are accurately brought to life.
Requirements
•Minimum 1 year in social media, marketing, content creation (TikTok or Instagram)
•Russian B2+, English B2+
•You love content, social media
•You can deconstruct a viral video and understand what makes it good
•You are responsible
•NOT required, but a huge plus: experience with mobile apps
