What you will do
•Research trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
•Identify trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.
•Generate daily content ideas and adapt them to the brand and target audience.
•Develop detailed video scripts for Reels Makers and Video Editors.
•Provide clear creative instructions and feedback to ensure accurate execution.
Requirements
•At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation, including TikTok or Instagram.
•Russian at B2+ and English at B2+ level.
•Strong interest in content and social media.
•Ability to deconstruct viral videos and understand why they perform well.
•Responsible and reliable approach to work.
