Responsibilities
We're looking for an SEO and GEO expert who can grow our visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated answers. You'll own the strategy and execution, and connect organic results to real business outcomes.
•Build and execute organic growth strategy across Wix.com dependent on business priorities
•Create and optimize content so it is cited and recommended by AI search engines and LLMs
•Track brand mentions, citations, and share of voice in AI answers, and turn the findings into strategic actions
•Run keyword and topic research, SERP analysis, and competitor gap analysis
•Assist with technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation and schema markup
•Build briefs, review drafts, and refresh underperforming content
•Develop entity and internal linking strategies that build topical authority
•Run experiments, measure results, and report on traffic, rankings, citations, and conversions
•Work with other marketing and product teams to generate organic growth
•Stay ahead of algorithm updates and changes in AI search
Requirements
•2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of measurable growth
•Strong understanding of how Google and LLMs surface and cite sources/brands
•Solid technical SEO skills
•Strong analytical skills and confidence with turning data into clear recommendations
•Excellent written and verbal communication, in English
