As Expert Services Lead you help build the next phase of Expert Services. You lead experienced IT professionals across the full breadth of our services, develop strategic client relationships and spot where new commercial opportunities arise.
With our Expert Service team we connect high-quality technical expertise to organizations with complex challenges. It's up to you to grow both our experts and this business further.
What will you do?
You are responsible for a team of experienced Cloud Native professionals. You coach them in their development, help with career choices and ensure they remain connected to TrueFullstaq.
You are also an important conversation partner for our clients. You understand what's going on, build relationships and recognize opportunities for Expert Services and Consulting.
At the same time, you keep a grip on the business and steer on utilization, customer and employee satisfaction, pipeline and growth, among other things.
Concretely, this means that you:
•coach our experts and help them grow;
•build and expand strategic client relationships;
•identify commercial opportunities and realize them together with Sales;
•further professionalize and scale Expert Services;
•steer on people, quality and commercial results;
•build the team of tomorrow together with Recruitment.
Who are we looking for?
We are not looking for a manager who only manages what already exists. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to build.
Someone who switches easily between a conversation with a senior engineer, a strategic client and management.
You bring:
•3 to 5 years of relevant experience within IT consultancy, professional services or Experts as a Service;
•several years of experience in a leadership role;
•experience coaching professionals and developing teams;
•commercial experience with account development, cross-sell and up-sell;
•strong stakeholder management at senior level;
•sufficient knowledge of Cloud Native, Software, Cloud, Data and Security to engage substantively;
•entrepreneurship and a strong focus on results.
You don't have to be the best engineer in the room. You do need to understand what our experts and clients are talking about and become genuinely enthusiastic about technology.
