•Engage hands-on with deep technical topics—designing, validating, and supporting solutions that enable customer success.
•Lead technical engagements, helping customers resolve sophisticated issues, and advocate for their technical needs.
•Partner multi-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of NVIDIA solutions.
•Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA products, directly supporting sales account managers to secure build wins.
•Actively establish and cultivate technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.
What We Need to See
•Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of professional experience in industry background spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management — with 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in DataCenter design and architecture.
•Deep technical expertise in AI High Performance Computing with a track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software or hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
•Shown ability to communicate sophisticated technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
•Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedication to helping customers succeed.
•Proven success in balancing insight for customer's needs with the ability to drive complex product decisions through positive relationships.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd
•A hands-on technical expert and problem solver who can clearly describe solution paths for complex challenges.
•History of enabling customers and/or partners to optimally adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms.
•A technical vision that influences product and engineering decisions and drives production outcomes.
•Practical knowledge of NVIDIA systems technology, such as DGX, NVL72, MGX and HGX systems, is a huge plus.
•Experience working with OEMs, the Datacenter ecosystem, and understanding of DC power / cooling and rack placements.
