Mandatory Requirements
•3+ years of software development experience with production-ready applications
•Strong Python with FastAPI / Flask / Django
•Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs
•Hands-on React.js, JavaScript, HTML & CSS
•Frontend–backend integration experience
•Strong understanding of Software Architecture & Design
•Good knowledge of SQL and Database Design
•Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLM projects
•Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama or similar LLMs
•Hands-on Prompt Engineering and RAG
•Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen
•Experience building AI Assistants, Chatbots, Copilots, Knowledge Assistants or Workflow Automation systems
•Customer-facing experience including requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction
•Ability to independently handle and guide a team
•Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Experience delivering AI/software solutions with measurable business impact
•Stable career history with consistent tenure
