What you will do
•Build and ship SaaS features that improve the fulfillment experience for real customers and internal users.
•Own features end to end, from shaping an initial idea to delivering a working release.
•Use product judgment to understand user needs, simplify complex workflows, and challenge unnecessary complexity.
•Apply AI across development, testing, debugging, and iteration while reviewing and validating its output.
•Learn from real usage and continuously improve shipped features.
Requirements
•5+ years of software development experience, including substantial experience building SaaS applications used by real customers.
•Strong product judgment and a strong focus on customer experience.
•Ability to own features from the initial idea through a working release.
•A proven workflow for using AI to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
•Clear communication, initiative, and confidence in suggesting better approaches.
