About the role
Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in information services and solutions for professionals in the finance, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, health and legal sectors. We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.
Help shape how Wolters Kluwer's Revenue Operations and Commercial Transformation organisation runs, makes decisions and advances strategic priorities.
Working closely with the strategy lead, you will combine business coordination, analysis and project support. You will help leadership forums run effectively, maintain a clear view of strategic initiatives, and turn complex information into recommendations and executive-ready materials.
This role suits someone with 3+ years of relevant experience who enjoys varied work, brings structure to ambiguity and takes pride in both thoughtful analysis and reliable execution. You will receive close guidance while progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.
What you will do
•Coordinate preparation and follow-through for senior leadership forums, business reviews and town halls, shaping agendas, consolidating contributions, preparing materials and tracking decisions and actions.
•Maintain an up-to-date view of the RevOps and Commercial Transformation project portfolio, working with initiative owners to surface progress, dependencies, risks and decisions requiring leadership attention.
•Build analyses, business cases and recommendations for strategic projects, translating findings into clear executive presentations and concise written materials.
•Help mobilise project teams assembled around specific topics, bringing together relevant experts and supporting scope definition, workplans, milestones and delivery coordination.
•Support cross-functional projects through practical PMO discipline, maintaining clear responsibilities, tracking actions and escalating issues early.
•Respond to emerging priorities and varied business questions, learning new topics quickly and delivering accurate, well-structured work under time pressure.
What you will bring
•Typically 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, consulting, transformation or PMO roles.
•Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into a clear narrative for senior audiences.
•Structured analytical thinking and strong Excel skills, including the ability to build analyses and basic business cases.
•Confident stakeholder coordination across teams and seniority levels, supported by excellent written and spoken English.
•Sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on commitments.
•Flexibility to move between analytical assignments and detailed operational coordination as priorities change.
•Experience in a global technology, enterprise software or B2B business is particularly relevant. Sales strategy or business operations experience within a commercial organisation is a strong advantage.
•Practical Salesforce experience is highly valued; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is helpful but optional.
What you can expect
•Join a team with backgrounds spanning sales strategy, consulting and technology. You will gain direct exposure to senior leadership priorities and consequential projects across Revenue Operations and Commercial Transformation.
•The role combines close coaching with increasing responsibility, offering the opportunity to strengthen your commercial judgement, analytical skills and ability to deliver across a complex global organisation.
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
