As Senior Relatiemanager at Realworks you are fully responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the broker (our customers). Every day you are in contact with existing and prospective offices about our services. You know what is going on in the real estate world and apply this during customer contact. You work both at the office, at home and on location at the broker's. This way you can balance work and private life.
What will you do?
•Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and prospect offices;
•Approaching and calling back warm and cold prospect offices for an appointment;
•Discussing with customers how they can optimally use Realworks;
•Giving sessions to existing and prospect offices, both online and on location at the broker's;
•Giving presentations about Realworks products in the country.
Your team
In this role you work directly with: Marvin, Olivier, Dennis, Norman, Denice, Jesse and Sophie. Together with this team you continuously think about how to reach prospect offices through new strategies. Once you have built up the necessary experience, you can also act as a mentor for junior team members, using your expertise to help others develop further.
Your background
•Market knowledge, i.e. experience in the real estate brokerage business is an absolute must-have;
•HBO level of thinking and working;
•Experience with Realworks is a requirement;
•You are customer- and result-oriented;
•Your communication skills are excellent both verbally and in writing;
•A driver's license;
•You are independent and full of initiative.
