Joom Group is an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies with teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, China and Germany. The company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own searches across both tech and non-tech roles, from engineering and ML to product, marketing and sales.
What you'll do:
•Own full-cycle hiring for tech and non-tech roles
•Proactively source and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines
•Run hiring experiments across sourcing, outreach, assessment and AI-driven workflows
•Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, hiring standards and market insights
•Negotiate and close offers with highly competitive candidates
•Help redesign and improve existing hiring processes
What they're looking for:
•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles
•Strong direct sourcing skills with a track record of hires from your own outreach
•Hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting, with concrete examples of improving speed or quality
•Experience experimenting with and changing existing hiring processes
•Solid understanding of the tech stack
•Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first-time hiring managers
•Fluent English
