Description
Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
•Work closely with clients, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
•Lead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications.
•Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
•Track project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
•8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.
•Strong experience in client management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
•Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.
