KORPA is a private wardrobe management platform for a small number of ultra-high-net-worth households: concierge styling, a digital wardrobe in our own apps and quiet logistics across a client's residences. Invite-only, no public marketing. The platform is in production (Rust backend, Flutter apps for client and stylist, admin web) and the first clients are onboarding now. Our roadmap is moving KORPA towards an agentic-first platform and app, where AI agents use wardrobe data and client preferences to turn requests into styling and wardrobe-management workflows, with stylists in control.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager with experience in AI, data or platform products to shape what we build and own prioritisation and delivery. Working with the founder, CTO and Head of Design, you will challenge assumptions, propose solutions and change priorities based on evidence, then turn decisions into scoped work and measurable releases that fit the team's capacity.
Reporting and work setup
Reports to the Founder & CEO; works daily with the CTO and the Head of Design. Full-time, remote. Initial term of six months with extension by results; an open-ended engagement is possible by agreement. Contract with an EU company. NDA, IP assignment and data protection agreement before day one.
Key responsibilities
•Own and prioritise the product backlog. One ordered backlog across the client app, the stylist app and the admin tools; user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Shape the product. Develop opportunities with the founder and the team; write pitches that define the problem, time budget, solution sketch and what is out of scope. Favour reusable solutions over one-off screens.
•Partner with the founder and CTO. Define business priorities and measurable outcomes together; translate the roadmap into requirements and releases, planning to real capacity so the team does not live under a permanent deadline.
•Validate before building. Test needs and assumptions with clients and stylists through research, prototypes and scoped pilots; use the evidence to decide what to build, change or stop.
•Shape the agentic roadmap. Identify where AI agents and structured data can improve the service; work with the CTO to assess value, feasibility, reliability and cost.
•Deliver with care. Work with the Head of Design and engineering to define and accept coherent, reliable client experiences. Use prototypes and controlled pilots to learn; agree the quality bar for each client-facing release.
Essential experience
•7+ years in product management, including product ownership of AI, data and platform products.
•Several products launched from zero, including at least one consumer mobile app live on the App Store and Google Play (links required). – MUST!!!
•Strong technical literacy: you can discuss data models, APIs and system trade-offs with the CTO, and translate them into clear product decisions and requirements.
•Working understanding of AI applications and agent-based workflows, including reliability, evaluation, cost and when human oversight is needed.
•Track record of delivering high-quality features for novel customer needs and balancing several user groups.
•Demonstrated capability in shaping product vision into a concrete form: discovery, business value, product decisions on behalf of users. You can show a product whose plan you set, what you cut and how you justified it.
•B2+ Russian and English
Additional experience
•Knowledge graphs and semantic data, including RDF, SPARQL, graph RAG and LLM grounding; premium or luxury clients; Flutter or Rust literacy; Figma; Shape Up or a similar method.
