About the Role
You will partner with a cross-functional squad throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will research user needs, create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, use analytics to inform decisions, contribute to the design system, and help measure experience impact.
Requirements
•At least 4 years of product design or UX experience for web and mobile digital products
•A portfolio or case study demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction design, visual design, process, and measurable impact
•Ability to identify research needs and conduct moderated user sessions
•Experience designing complex products and collaborating with product and engineering peers
•Ability to communicate the rationale behind design work
•Understanding of the end-to-end design process from ideation through launch
•Ability to collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues
•Proficiency in Figma
•Understanding of design systems and accessibility
Responsibilities

•Estimate design effort, track OKRs, and measure experience impact
