HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Senior Operations & BI Controller, you will act as a true Business Partner to the Customer Service (CS) Department and its associated operations. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will steer financial performance, ensure the reliability of analyses, and manage the acceleration of the service's digitalization.
Budget Management & Financial Closings:
•Build, scope and challenge the annual budget of the Customer Service department (OPEX, productivity, headcount).
•Steer forecasts (Rolling Forecast) and ensure the quality of accounting/analytical closings (Cost of Sales, inventory, provisions) while consolidating the Global CS P&L.
Business Partnering & Performance Management:
•Define and analyze financial and operational KPIs (repair and restoration).
•Lead monthly performance reviews with the CS Management and build financial awareness among operational teams (cost culture, efficiency).
Inventory Management & Control:
•Ensure the valuation, monitoring of depreciation/obsolescence and control of Customer Service component/spare part inventories, while participating in physical inventories.
Digital Transformation & BI Referent:
•Act as Key-User and referent on Looker to create and develop automated decision-making reports, modernize analysis tools and digitalize information flows.
Industrial Variance Analysis & Precious Metals:
•Finely analyze the gaps between standard costs and actual costs for Production workshops (purchase price, labor, machine variances).
•Participate in monitoring and controlling Precious Metals flows to ensure versatility and risk mitigation within the team.
THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!
•Education & Experience: Master's degree level education in Finance, Management Control or Business School, with proven (Senior) experience in Industrial Management Control or Operations.
•Languages: Fluent command of English (oral and written), essential for interacting with international teams and the Group's global CS platforms.
•BI & Digitalization Expertise: Proven mastery of Business Intelligence tools, with real expertise in Looker (dashboard creation, automation), as well as excellent proficiency in ERP (SAP) and Excel.
•Business Partner Posture: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to constructively challenge, pedagogical approach and ease communicating with both operational and management stakeholders.
•Initiative & Rigor: Autonomy, proactivity in process optimization, analytical rigor and adaptability to work in a versatile environment.
