Position
Stagiaire Industrialisation (M/F/X)
Position based in Buttes, for a duration of 6 months, starting February 2027.
Reporting to the Head of the Industrialization group, you will join a dynamic team to support Project Managers in making our processes more reliable and optimized.
At the heart of continuous improvement of our industrial tooling, you will contribute to standardizing our practices. Your main mission will be to analyze the industrialization of wheel train components, then to develop and formalize industrialization standards and associated technical references. By documenting and structuring these methods, you will directly contribute to reducing industrialization times, limiting the risk of errors, and supporting production workshops in implementing their improvement plans.
How will you have an impact?
In direct collaboration with the industrialization team, under the responsibility of your internship supervisor, your missions will be as follows:
•Carry out a complete analysis of the industrialization of wheel train components, mapping industrialization processes and investigating the root causes of issues encountered, in direct collaboration with project managers and industrialization technicians.
•Lead an ambitious improvement action plan, integrating concrete solutions to optimize operational fluidity, reduce cycle times, and make our industrializations more reliable.
•Design standardized tooling using 3D CAD to build a unified technical library and rationalize the reference catalog.
•Create manufacturing standards by component family, including the formalization of standard definition drawings and programming rules, then update the associated technical standards.
•Deploy deliverables and measure the impact of new standards using precise indicators, notably industrialization time savings and the reduction in error rate.
How will you succeed with us?
•You are a student at an engineering school with a focus on watchmaking, mechanics or microtechnology.
•You are an autonomous, proactive, organized and rigorous person with strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
•You have a strong field orientation and an appetite for project management.
•You are proficient in CAD software (CREO is a plus).
•You ideally have good proficiency in PLM and ERP software (notably Windchill).
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is an additional asset.
What distinguishes our group?
Our true strength lies not in our similarities, but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures and human skills, as well as in our specific capacity to encourage untapped potential.
•We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty and solidarity.
•We encourage empathy, curiosity, courage, humility and integrity.
•We take care of the world we live in.
