What you will do
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security incidents in production.
•Own tickets from triage and diagnosis through resolution and documentation.
•Administer Palo Alto firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, and threat prevention.
•Perform root cause analysis and drive remediation.
•Support routing and switching operations involving BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
•Participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
•5+ years of network engineering experience, primarily in operations or support.
•Hands-on Palo Alto firewall administration and troubleshooting experience.
•Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
•Strong diagnostic skills under production pressure and the ability to work independently.
•Clear written documentation and communication in English at C1+ level.
•Availability for 1 AM–9 AM Eastern Time (US), Monday to Friday, plus on-call rotation.
Nice to have
•PCNSA or PCNSE certification.
